Ik ben Rik Moorman fitness- en personal trainer, wielertrainer 1,2 en 3 spinning en nordicwalking instructeur en doe nazorg op deze praktijk. Tevens zorg ik merendeels voor de trainingen op Gooioord.
Mijn trainingen en lessen bestaan uit: spinning, circuit, aerobics, steps en een soort van bodypump. Deze zijn allemaal conditie verbeterende lessen voor het algehele uithoudingsvermogen.
Dit trainingscentrum is laagdrempelig, dus kom en schijf je in!
Aanwezig op: dinsdag, woensdag, donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag.
